Treats and Cookies: All treats, cookies, and cakes purchased from Pepas Paws Services and Treats are considered final sale. Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of our furry friends, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these products.

Services: For services booked with Pepas Paws Services and Treats, a $10 retainer fee is required upon booking. This retainer fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We understand that circumstances may change, and cancellations might occur. However, the retainer fee is retained to cover administrative costs and potential loss of business due to cancellations.

Cancellation Policy for Services: If you need to cancel a service booking, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in the retention of the $10 retainer fee. Any cancellations made outside of this timeframe will not incur additional charges, and the retainer fee will not be withheld.

Refunds for Services: In cases where Pepas Paws Services and Treats is unable to fulfill a scheduled service, a full refund of any paid fees or deposits will be issued promptly. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, and may take 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product from Pepas Paws Services and Treats, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
