Welcome to Pepas Paws, your trusted partner in providing exceptional care for your beloved pets. By using our dog treat products, pet sitting, walking, or boarding services, you agree to the following terms:

Service Offerings:

  1. Dog Treats: Our dog treats are handcrafted with care, using quality ingredients. By purchasing our treats, you understand and acknowledge that they are intended for pet consumption only. Pepas Paws holds no liability for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of these treats. Please consult with your veterinarian if you have any concerns about specific ingredients.

  2. Pet Sitting, Walking, and Boarding: When booking our pet sitting, walking, or boarding services, you entrust us with the care of your pet(s). We commit to providing the highest standard of care, following the instructions provided by you to the best of our ability. However, while we take every precaution, Pepas Paws is not liable for unforeseen incidents or health issues that may arise during the service period.

Booking and Payments:

  1. Reservations: To secure pet sitting, walking, or boarding services, a reservation must be made through our platform or via direct contact with Pepas Paws. Reservations are subject to availability.

  2. Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. For cancellations made within the specified timeframe (please refer to our Cancellation Policy), refunds or credits will be issued as per our policy. Otherwise you will be charged a $10 retainer.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Dog Treats: Treats and cookies are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  2. Services: If you need to cancel a service booking, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in the retention of the $10 retainer fee. Any cancellations made outside of this timeframe will not incur additional charges, and the retainer fee will not be withheld.

Liability:

  1. Insurance: Pepas Paws maintains liability insurance coverage. However, pet owners are encouraged to have their own pet insurance policies to cover any unforeseen incidents or health issues related to their pet(s).

  2. Health and Vaccinations: It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure their pets are up-to-date with vaccinations and free from any contagious illnesses before using our services. Pepas Paws reserves the right to refuse service if there is a risk to the health or safety of other animals or our staff.

Agreement to Terms:

By using our products or booking our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and any additional guidelines provided by Pepas Paws. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
