Treats Shipping:

  1. States We Ship To: Our treats are currently available for shipping within the following states: MA, CT, VT, NY, ME, and FL. We apologize for any inconvenience if your state is not currently included. Please check back periodically as we may expand our shipping locations in the future.

  2. Shipping Method: Treats orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS to ensure timely delivery and freshness.

  3. Delivery Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location within the eligible states.

Cakes:

  1. Pick-Up Only: Our cakes are available for pick-up only at our designated location. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping for cakes due to their delicate nature. Please coordinate with us for convenient pick-up timings at pepaspaws@gmail.com.

Clothing and Pet Accessories:

  1. Processing Time: Orders for clothing and pet accessories may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped.

  2. Shipping Method: Once processed, these items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FED EX for delivery to your provided address.

Order Tracking:

  1. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This information will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

International Shipping:
